Here are some questions that each home buyer should know:
How much cash is available for a down payment?
Am I ready to write a check for the earnest money?
How much should I pay in earnest money? Earnest money is a cash deposit made to a seller to secure an offer to buy the property.
How much additional cash will be needed to pay for closing costs?
Can the seller pay some or all of these costs?
What is the maximum monthly mortgage payment that I can afford?
